Natural Home Remedies for Indigestion
1 Apple cider vinegar
Apple cider vinegar is an acidic in nature but acts as an alkalizing effects that helps in the digestion,it provoke to start the digestion.
Take a tbsp of apple cider vinegar in a cup of water and add honey in it for taste. Stir it and drink 3-4 times in a day.
2 Baking soda
Baking soda works as an antacid in stomach it reduces the nausea,acidity symptoms.
Mix 1-2 tsp of baking soda in a glass of water at least 2 times in a day.
3 Ginger
Ginger increases digestive juice and enzyme which help in digestion.
Chew Ginger slices after eating spicy foods.

Mix 2 tsp of ginger juice, 1 tsp of lemon juice, and slight black pepper. Consume it with or without water.
