Natural Remedies for Spider bite

1 Dried basil leaves

Basil leaves has an anti inflammatory and anti bacterial properties. It reduces the itching and pain due to spider bite.

Rub the basil leaves on the affected areas for few minutes and wash it warm water.Repeat the process 2-3 times in a day.

2 Baking soda

Baking soda is very effective as it is alkaline in nature it can help in drawing out poison which will reduce pain, itching.

Mix a tsp of baking soda in a 3 tsp of water and apply on the affected areas with cotton balls for 5 minutes. Wash it with warm water. Repeat the process after few hours.

3 Cabbage

Cabbage is considered as a good healing factor.

Grate the cabbage on the bandage and wrap this bandage on the affected areas for whole night it helps in removing the toxic and heals the infection.

4 Activated charcoal

Activated charcoal has an innate absorption property, so it helps in drawing out the poison from the body and reduces the symptoms of the spider bite.

Make a smooth paste of activated charcoal with some water, apply this paste on the affected areas and wrap a bandage on the paste to keep it on place. Repeat the process after every 3 hours.

5 Aspirin

Aspirin neutralizes the poison and promote quick recovery. It has an anti inflammatory property that can control swelling and inflammation.

Make a paste of the 1-2 aspirin with water, apply this paste on the affected areas. Let it for few hours and wash it with warm water, repeat the process 2-3 times in a day.

6 Turmeric

Turmeric is a natural pain killer because it has an anti inflammatory, anti septic, anti oxidant properties. It promote healing factors by reducing swelling and pain.

Make a smooth paste of turmeric powder with olive oil. Apply this paste on the affected areas , Let it be for 10 -15 minutes and wash it with warm water.

Take few leaves of neem and wash it. Now add 2 tbsp of turmeric powder in the neem leaves and grind it with little water to make a paste. Apply this paste on the affected areas and let it for 20 minutes and wash it with warm water.

Repeat the process 2-3 times in a day.

7 Peppermint

Peppermint has an anti inflammatory and analgesic property it helps in reducing the pain, swelling and inflammation.

Rub the peppermint juice on the affected areas and let it dry after that wash with cool water.Repeat the process 2-3 times in a day.

Apply 1-2 drops of the peppermint oil on the affected areas. Repeat the process 2-3 times in a day.

8 Lemon juice

Lemon juice is a rich source of the vitamin c which helps in the healing factors, It also reduces the symptoms of the spider bite, it also helps quickly dry out skin rashes as well as prevent infection because it is a natural astringent.

Extract the juice from lemon and apply on the affected areas. Let it dry and wash with warm water.

Rub the piece of lemon on the affected and let it dry and wash with warm water.

9 Ice and cold water

Clean the area with mild soap and water and then apply an ice pack on the affected areas. It will give numb to the nerve endings, soothe itching sensation, reduce swelling.

Wrap few ice cubes in the towel and placed on the affected areas and let it be for 10 minutes, repeat the process as needed.

10 Garlic
